The big reveal is here! Inspired by the wonders of precious life on planet Earth, we are super excited to announce that the theme for Camp Bestival Dorset 2023 is…. Animal Snap! From the 27th to 30th July 2023, the glorious grounds of Lulworth Castle will transform into a magical menagerie where all you need is love to make you inner animals shine. Find your twin flame, match your mini me or find those fellow festivalgoers who are your creature counterparts. There’s a whole animal kingdom waiting to inspire some truly wild fancy dressing.

Taking impetus from the awe-inspiring wonders of precious life on Planet Earth, Camp Bestival will celebrate its 15th birthday with the Animal Snap theme, inviting festival goers to safari through the untamed creativity of the crowd to find their twin flame whether it’s a beastly better-half, identical entity or a creature counterpart.

With more than 8 million species on Earth, there are plenty of fabulous fauna from the animal kingdom for the entire family to choose from. Twin with your BFF, your mini-me or quite simply bring the entire family as a flamboyance of flamingos - the animal world is your oyster at the Dorset jamboree.
